Only few staff who does their job the residual of the staff is there just to collect checks and neglect patients. Outdated equipment dingy rooms

I am glad that I choose this facility for my mom. An excellent facility that meets your every need in a professional manner. The staff is practiced, attentive, and making yous feel like a family. I would highly recommend this place.

Rehab and nursing staff are peak notch, especially OT Anna D, words can't describe how much I appreciate how she worked with my mother and got her dorsum on her feet, she is my Angel. She is and then sugariness and truly loves her job and all of the residents and it shows, she has a eye of gold. MJ, Anabell and Michael -PT were fantastic. This was our second time here and both times extremely positive and fabulous experiences. Thank y'all to all!

I couldn't express my gratitude to this facility. This facility has made my father'southward remaining days comfortable and happy. My father suffered from stage 4 cancer and the family decided that it's best for him to stay at a hospice to live out the remaining days of his life in comfort. The facility did not only do a great job in managing my father's hurting but besides provided him with emotional support. The medical specialists even included us when information technology came to his supportive intendance. Three months later on he was admitted here, he died in his sleep. The facility has given us a lot of help especially when it comes to accepting the situation. And this personal arroyo is something that you don't often find in other care facilities.

My aunt is presently at H. Solomon NH (6th flooring). I wish I could find anything good to describe the facility or the staff working there. This place promises more than than information technology delivers. It is making high profit on the dorsum of the residents who get fewer and more terrible services. The staff spends most of the time to go proper documentation so that the facility tin get payed from the insurance. Attendants are not available when attention is really needed -called to try to get some assistance for my aunt who in need of medical attention. Ringing the bell for aid gets you lot most nowhere- takes a long time (hours) until someone comes. Try to complain - everyone becomes very defensive. The staff is uncommonly terrible, poorly trained. The quality of care is substandard. Complete lack of professionalism! They are completely incompetent, uncaring, unqualified, and extremely rude as if they are forced to work against their volition. I don't trust them when my relative is alone, my sister and I hired privately an help. My disabled aunt's condition got much worse, she became weaker. She was treated very poorly. This place is awful. Do not identify your loved 1 at this facility!!! The Administration (including social worker) only cares about one affair -> keep the patient longer to get more insurance money. Subsequently my aunt is discharged, I will file a formal complaint with H.Solomon'southward management and the Section of Health. Please, if you care about your loved one, avert this torturous place. .

I really enjoyed my stay at Haym Salomon, even if it was short term to recover from center surgery. Haym Salomon gives "excellent health intendance" a whole new meaning. All of the staff hither are friendly and helpful, simply like being with your own family. When in the future I might demand rehab or skilled nursing, Haym Salomon will be my first pick. I would absolutely recommend Haym to anyone needing rehabilitation or long term nursing care.

My dad was at the hospital and he needed to go to the nursing dwelling. There are non a lot of places to choose from in Brooklyn. I liked that it was prissy and make clean. There was no odor when you walk in. In improver, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They're very adept and caring with the residents. They accept a lot of activities going on all the fourth dimension. They practise crafts and Bingo and people of all religions come up in for services. When in that location's a holiday such as Father'southward Day or Mother's Twenty-four hour period, they become stuff for the occasion. They accept a big matter for the 4th of July, besides. Out of what we have to get past hither, I would recommend it to someone.

The people were friendly and like shooting fish in a barrel to deal with. The room was very make clean and the staff was caring and very squeamish. Very good service and caring.

I've had nil but a pleasant experience hither. The staff in general is very nice and professional. There'southward ever a bad apple but any effect that came up was taken care of and dealt with immediately. There are 2 people in particular that you should get to know- David the assistant ambassador and Jordin one of the CNA's if she's even so in that location. Fabricated my transition here very smoothen. I'll miss them and the others!

My female parent was in Haym Solomon which is in Brooklyn, and I liked it. They were also good, and the upkeep of the facility was not bad. The workers were all-around, my mother was happy with the facility, and that ane was too a great one. The rooms, sanitation, and the location are practiced. It'due south in a dainty neighborhood -- definitely a very good neighborhood.
